He started his career in the music industry as both a repair technician and sound engineer, creating custom audio solutions for performing artists, a path that naturally led to a deep appreciation for high-end audio design.

Now working primarily as a freelance engineer and entrepreneur, he founded his company on a strong blend of technical skill, creative vision and product innovation. While audio electronics remains at the heart of the business, visual and industrial design also play a major role, reflecting his secondary passion for aesthetics.

Over the past 20 years, he has led numerous high-end projects across various industries, continuously expanding his cross-disciplinary capabilities. His unique ability to fuse engineering precision with artistic thinking makes him a modern creator at the intersection of technology, design and real-world application.

Harry is a freelance Developer-Engineer with extensive expertise in custom electronics and advanced audio system engineering. Through his company, SMP audio, he specializes in the design, prototyping, and small-scale manufacturing of sophisticated electronic circuits, custom PCB layouts and cutting-edge DSP-based audio processing solutions. Additionally, he offers technical integration and maintenance services for contemporary broadcast audio studio environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in demanding broadcast applications.

With over 30 years of experience as a live Sound Engineer, Harry has worked across a diverse range of music and theatre productions. His background includes the modernization and optimization of high-end mixing consoles, delivering enhanced performance and reliability for demanding live environments.

Certified in Dante™ and proficient in a variety of networked audio and control protocols, Harry specializes in designing and troubleshooting complex system communication infrastructures. His expertise includes intelligent networking solutions for digital signage, audio distribution and streaming systems. Based in Rotterdam - the Netherlands, Harry continues to innovate at the intersection of audio engineering, broadcast audio systems development and systems integration.

Safa is a skilled freelance PCB designer-Electronics Engineer and a highly capable independent knowledge worker, with over four years of hands-on experience creating innovative, high-performance hardware solutions. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of electronics applications, from compact IoT devices to complex, high-speed multi-layer PCB's (up to 12 layers) and advanced computer systems.

Suraj is an independent Hardware Design Engineer with extensive, hands-on experience in developing robust and reliable hardware systems. As a modern knowledge worker, he combines deep technical insight with practical execution, specializing in hardware architecture, schematic design and PCB development. His expertise also includes validation testing, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA), ensuring a smooth transition from concept to production.

He is associated with Decisure Consultancy Services, located at the IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai - India, where he contributes to high-impact innovation. Suraj has a strong track record in designing motor controllers, battery management systems (BMS), medical devices, IoT and industrial IoT solutions. Driven by precision and a passion for excellence, he consistently delivers intelligent, well-engineered solutions.

Vinod is a self-driven freelance Embedded Firmware and Hardware Engineer with over two decades of experience in the embedded systems domain. As a modern knowledge worker, he combines deep technical expertise with a long-term commitment to the research, design, and development of embedded solutions based on microcontrollers, microprocessors, digital signal processors (DSPs) and FPGAs.

Living and working in Chennai, India, Vinod exemplifies multidisciplinary thinking in practice. His broad skill set spans multiple areas of product development, where he consistently applies both analytical depth and practical ingenuity.

Together with his colleague Suraj, he co-owns and serves as Principal Engineer at Decisure Consultancy Services, located at the IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai - India. Through his work, Vinod contributes meaningfully to India's knowledge economy, blending innovation, engineering precision and a clear vision for embedded technology.
